Payment Policy for Hauora Coaching 

  1. All payments to Hauora Coaching must be made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

  2. All payments for Hauora Coaching services must be made in full prior to the start of any session, unless earlier agreed.

  3. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, Stripe, or bank transfer.

  4. If a client wishes to cancel a session, they must do so at least 24 hours in advance. If they fail to do so, they will be charged the full amount for the session.

  5. If a client does not notify Hauora Coaching of a cancellation or rescheduling 24 hours prior to the session, they will be liable for the full cost of the session. 

  6. If a client misses a session, they will be liable for the full cost of the session.

  7. Refunds will not be issued for any services rendered or any payments made.

  8. Any refunds will be made at the discretion of Hauora Coaching.

  9. If the client is dissatisfied with the services provided by Hauora Coaching, the client must contact Hauora Coaching within 48 hours of the session to discuss the issue.

  10. Any discounts or promotions offered by Hauora Coaching are subject to change or expiration at any time.

  11. All payments for Hauora Coaching services are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  12. All payments for Hauora Coaching services are final and cannot be modified or changed.

  13. Hauora Coaching reserves the right to change its payment policy at any time. Any changes to the payment policy will be posted on the Hauora Coaching website.
